3. Menguasai pembacaan gambar kerja.
4. Menguasai Microsoft Excel.
5. Menguasai AutoCAD menjadi nilai tambah.
6. Teliti, disiplin, tegas, dan mampu bekerja di lapangan.
7. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
8. Bersedia ditempatkan di lokasi proyek
9. Memiliki Integritas, Teliti, dan Siap berkembang
