- Mampu membaca dan menginterpretasikan gambar struktur, arsitektur, dan MEP.
- Berorientasi pada detail, teliti, dan memiliki standar kualitas yang tinggi.
- Berpengalaman dalam melakukan inspeksi dan pengendalian kualitas.
- Menguasai Ms. Office, SketchUp, dan AutoCAD.
