What they need
- Menyediakan anggaran kos projek dan bajet pembinaan.
- Menyediakan Bill of Quantities (BQ), sebut harga dan dokumen tender.
- Membuat penilaian tuntutan kemajuan kerja daripada kontraktor.
- Memantau kos projek agar menepati bajet yang ditetapkan.
- Berunding dengan pelanggan, kontraktor dan pembekal berkaitan kos projek.
- Menyediakan laporan kos serta dokumentasi berkaitan projek.
- Memastikan semua kerja mematuhi spesifikasi, kontrak dan piawaian yang ditetapkan.
- Melaksanakan tugasan lain yang diarahkan oleh pihak pengurusan dari semasa ke semasa.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
