Kualifikasi:
- S1 Farmasi Profesi Apoteker menjadi nilai plus
- Pengalaman 1–3 tahun di R&D Formulasi / Product Development
- Pengalaman di industri Obat Tradisional/Jamu, Suplemen, atau Kosmetik lebih disukai
- Paham dasar teknologi formulasi & karakteristik bahan alam
- Familiar dengan CPOTB, proses produksi, scale-up, dan validasi
- Punya kemampuan analisis dan problem solving yang baik
- Menguasai Metodologi Investigasi Detail, komunikatif, agile, dan nyaman bekerja lintas tim.
Job Description:
- Mengembangkan dan melakukan trial formula cairan, kapsul, serbuk, dan semi-padat
- Mencoba berbagai bahan aktif & eksipien untuk mendapatkan formula terbaik
- Melakukan evaluasi dan analisis hasil trial
- Membawa formula dari skala lab → pilot → produksi
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim Produksi, QA, QC, dan Regulatory
- Membantu investigasi masalah formulasi, proses produksi, OOS & CAPA
- Menyiapkan dokumentasi R&D, transfer teknologi, validasi proses, dan dokumen teknis registrasi BPOM
