What they need
- Sourcing & seleksi kandidat: Mencari, menyaring CV, dan melakukan interview awal sesuai kualifikasi yang diminta klien.
- Koordinasi kebutuhan klien: Berkomunikasi dengan klien dan PIC proyek untuk memahami jumlah, posisi, dan timeline rekrutmen.
- Administrasi rekrutmen: Mengelola data pelamar, jadwal interview, psikotes, MCU, dan dokumen penempatan karyawan.
- Onboarding awal: Menjelaskan kontrak kerja, benefit, dan aturan perusahaan kepada kandidat yang lolos seleksi.
- Pelaporan & follow up: Membuat laporan status rekrutmen, turnover, dan memastikan kandidat siap ditempatkan sesuai SLA.
