Job Description
- Menjalin dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan nasabah.
- Melakukan komunikasi dan follow up terkait kebutuhan serta pembayaran nasabah.
- Melakukan kunjungan langsung untuk melakukan monitoring dan tindak lanjut nasabah.
- Melakukan pendekatan dan negosiasi untuk mendukung penyelesaian kewajiban nasabah.
- Mencapai target kerja dan memastikan tindak lanjut nasabah berjalan sesuai ketentuan perusahaan.
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK.
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Relationship Officer atau posisi terkait.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik.
- Mampu melakukan follow up, monitoring, dan menangani berbagai kondisi nasabah.
- Mandiri, target oriented, dan bersedia bekerja secara mobile.
