What they need
Responsibilities :
- Meninjau proposal kontes, termasuk pencapaian yang diharapkan
- Meninjau dan menganalisis realisasi kontes
- Perhitungan hasil kontes
- Pembuatan laporan rutin dan ad hoc: Analisis data lainnya sesuai permintaan manajemen
- Proses administrasi pembiayaan, perhitungan pencapaian
- Pemeriksaan percakapan kebijakan/pengadukan
- Mengawasi anggota tim pelaporan
- Berkolaborasi dengan distribusi untuk meningkatkan laporan di kompas & ADS
- Mendukung implementasi proyek ad hoc perusahaan
Key Requirements :
- Gelar Sarjana, jurusan: Akuntansi / Manajemen
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3+ tahun
- Pengetahuan mendalam tentang asuransi
- Pengetahuan tingkat lanjut tentang Ms. Excel
