- Analisis Tren Pasar: Mempelajari kebutuhan konsumen dan pergerakan pesaing agar produk perusahaan tetap bersaing.
- Manajemen Tim & Proyek: Mengawasi kinerja staf peneliti, mengatur jadwal proyek, dan mengelola anggaran biaya riset.
- Standarisasi & Kualitas: Menentukan spesifikasi teknis, formula, serta Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang jelas untuk setiap produk.
- Kolaborasi Lintas Divisi: Bekerja sama dengan tim pemasaran, produksi, dan keuangan guna memastikan kelayakan komersial produk.
- Memahami Food Safety, GMP, HACCP dan Halal
