What they need
- Melakukan trial sample, mengelola sample inventory dan ingredient sample tracking, termasuk pencatatan sample masuk, penggunaan, dan status sample.
- Membantu melakukan monitoring terhadap kebutuhan R&D ingredients dan trial materials serta berkoordinasi dengan Procurement/Warehouse jika diperlukan.
- Menyiapkan meeting materials, minutes of meeting, action items, dan follow-up tracker untuk project R&D.
- Memastikan data dan dokumen R&D tersimpan secara rapi, akurat, mudah ditelusuri, dan up to-date.
- Mendukung persiapan product launch dengan memastikan informasi formula, ingredient, preparation method, dan dokumen terkait telah tersedia.
- Mendukung pengembangan new beverage products dan improvement existing products, mulai dari ide, formulation, trial, hingga product launch.
- Melakukan sensory evaluation dan memberikan rekomendasi berdasarkan taste, aroma, mouthfeel, aftertaste, dan overall acceptability.
- Melakukan benchmarking terhadap produk kompetitor serta eksplorasi beverage, flavor, ingredient, dan consumer trends.
- Berkolaborasi dengan Marketing/Brand, Operations, Training, Procurement, dan QA/QC untuk mendukung proses product development.
