Job Description:
Koordinasi personel FOESD untuk pekerjaan operasional SMARTRI
Mengelola percobaan-percobaan pembibitan, tanaman belum menghasilkan, tanaman menghasilkan dan kompos kelapa sawit
Partner kebun dan pabrik untuk membantu penyelesaian masalah kultur teknis
Memonitor pelaksanaan penelitian sesuai dengan program yang telah disetujui
Membuat usulan anggaran tahunan department
Evaluasi anggaran yang berkaitan dengan FOESD SMARTRI
Job Requirement :
S1 /S2 Fakultas Pertanian (Jurusan Agroteknologi, Agronomi, Hama Penyakit Tanaman, Budidaya Tanaman, dan Ilmu Tanah) dengan minimal IPK 3.00
Memiliki ketertarikan di bidang penelitian tanaman terutama kelapa sawit
Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh area operasional perusahaan (Sumatera, Kalimantan, Papua)
