Kualifikasi & Kompetensi:
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Resepsionis / Frontliner / Customer Service minimal 1 tahun
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, ramah, dan sopan
- Memiliki kemampuan customer service dan problem solving yang baik
- Terbiasa menggunakan komputer (Ms. Office, sistem kasir, atau aplikasi reservasi)
- Mampu bekerja secara teliti, cekatan, dan multitasking
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab Utama:
- Menyambuttamu dengan ramah dan profesional
- Menjawab telepon, WhatsApp, atau pertanyaan customer
- Mengelola administrasi sederhana
- Menjaga kerapihan dan kenyamanan area front desk
