- Ramah, responsif, percaya diri, dan memiliki service-oriented attitude.
- Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office, khususnya Word dan Excel.
- Memiliki kemampuan administrasi dan pengarsipan yang baik.
- Teliti, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
- Mampu menangani beberapa tugas secara bersamaan dan bekerja dalam situasi yang dinamis.
- Memiliki kemampuan problem solving dan mampu menjaga kerahasiaan informasi perusahaan.
