What they need
- Menangani proses reservasi melalui telepon, WhatsApp, email, OTA, maupun sistem booking.
- Memasukkan dan memperbarui data reservasi secara akurat ke dalam sistem.
- Memastikan ketersediaan kamar/produk dan memberikan informasi harga serta promo kepada customer.
- Melakukan konfirmasi, follow-up, dan perubahan reservasi.
- Berkoordinasi dengan Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, dan departemen terkait.
- Menangani pertanyaan dan kebutuhan customer terkait reservasi.
- Membuat laporan reservasi dan memastikan seluruh data booking terdokumentasi dengan baik.
