- Pengalaman min. 3–5 tahun di industri F&B sebagai Manager/Supervisor
- Menguasai operasional restoran, SOP, hygiene & food safety
- Mampu memimpin tim, mengatur jadwal, dan mencapai target operasional
- Menguasai kontrol biaya, laporan penjualan, dan sistem POS
- Memiliki komunikasi & customer service yang baik, mampu menangani komplain
- Bersedia kerja shift, jujur, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab
