TUGAS & TANGGUNG JAWAB UTAMA:
Mobile Operational Buffer: Siap ditugaskan secara fleksibel di 5 cabang toko untuk menggantikan/membantu tugas harian toko (kasir, pelayanan, penjualan) saat dibutuhkan.
- Technical & Operational Training: Memberikan pelatihan praktis (on-the-job training) kepada crew toko mengenai:
- Teknis Produk: Pengisian freon, pemotongan pipa AC & kabel sesuai standar keselamatan.
- Sistem Toko: Penggunaan sistem Kasir/POS dan administrasi transaksi.
- Service Excellence: Standar pelayanan konsumen dan teknik upselling/cross-selling.
Quality Control & Standarisasi: Memastikan kerapian toko, penerapan prinsip 5R, serta kesesuaian SOP pelayanan di setiap cabang yang dikunjungi.
Evaluasi HR: Menyusun evaluasi perkembangan keterampilan (skill matrix) crew toko bersama tim HRD & SPV Operasional.
