What they need
Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1.
- Sehat jasmani dan rohani.
- Berpenampilan rapi dan komunikatif.
- Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi yang baik.
- Wajib memiliki SIM C
- Memiliki Pengalaman di perusahaan FMCG atau sejenis
- Berpengalaman sebagai sales (diutamakan).
Jobdesk :
- Melakukan kunjungan sesuai rute dan aktivitas di outlet cover sales (cek stok, planogram, POSM, kebersihan dispenser, freshness product, menawarkan produk, dan promosi).
- Berkoordinasi dengan supervisor terkait kendala, temuan di lapangan, dan informasi pasar yang dibutuhkan.
- Melaksanakan administrasi penjualan, rekonsiliasi stok, dan setoran hasil penjualan sesuai SOP.
- Merencanakan dan menyiapkan stok produk sesuai target penjualan.
