Kualifikasi :
- Minimal D3/S1 semua jurusan
- Pengalaman 1–2 tahun sebagai Sales Admin/Admin, fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar
- Menguasai Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, dll)
- Terbiasa menggunakan sistem administrasi, CRM, ERP, atau aplikasi penjualan
- Teliti dalam menginput dan mengelola data, dokumen dan invoice
- Disiplin, bertanggung jawab, detail-oriented, dan memiliki inisiatif
Job Desc :
Menginput sales data
mengecek budget campaign, Petty Cash dan uang masuk
4.membuat sales report dan summary/ sales tracking
Mengecek invoice beserta kelengkapannya
Zoho CRM administrator
Mengerjakan registrasi vendor
Meyiapkan monthly report untuk management
Berkoordinasi dengan sales team dan finance team
Supporting administrasi untuk sales team
