What they need
- Minimal S1, semua jurusan, diutamakan Marketing, Bisnis, Manajemen, atau bidang terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang Sales B2B, Business Development, atau Account Management.
- Mampu berbahasa Mandarin secara aktif (lisan dan tulisan) untuk berkomunikasi dengan customer/supplier.
- Berpengalaman melakukan prospecting, mencari dan mengembangkan customer baru, serta maintaining hubungan dengan customer existing.
- Memahami proses penjualan B2B, mulai dari memahami kebutuhan customer, quotation, negosiasi harga, follow-up hingga closing.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, presentasi, dan relationship building yang baik serta terbiasa bekerja dengan target.
- Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas ke luar kota maupun ke luar negeri sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan.
