Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Melakukan panggilan telepon (outbound) ke prospek/customer sesuai database yang diberikan perusahaan.
- Menawarkan produk/jasa perusahaan secara persuasif dan profesional.
- Menggali kebutuhan customer dan menjelaskan solusi yang relevan.
- Melakukan follow up prospek hingga tahap deal atau appointment.
- Mencatat dan melaporkan hasil call (jumlah call, respons customer, dan potensi penjualan).
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK.
- Memiliki pengalaman sales call/telemarketing minimal 1 tahun.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik.
- Percaya diri, persuasif, dan tidak mudah menyerah.
- Terbiasa menggunakan WhatsApp, Google Sheet, atau CRM sederhana.
