What they need
Melayani Pelanggan: Menyambut, menyapa, dan melayani setiap pengunjung atau penelepon yang datang ke dealer dengan ramah dan profesional.
Menjelaskan Produk (Product Knowledge): Memberikan informasi lengkap mengenai spesifikasi, pilihan warna, harga, promo, hingga simulasi kredit.
Mencapai Target Penjualan: Berusaha memenuhi target penjualan yang ditetapkan oleh dealer.
Mengelola Media Sosial & Pemasaran Online: Membuat konten promosi atau aktif berinteraksi di media sosial (seperti Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) untuk menjaring calon pembeli baru (prospecting).
Menjaga Relasi & Follow-Up: Menghubungi kembali calon pembeli yang belum memutuskan transaksi (follow-up) serta menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan lama.
