What they need
- Melakukan pengembangan area/wilayah penjualan baru produk air minum perusahaan.Mencari, menyeleksi, dan merekrut distributor, agen, atau sub-distributor di area yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya.
- Melakukan pemetaan potensi pasar (outlet, agen, grosir, toko, dll) di wilayah yang ditugaskan.
- Melakukan presentasi produk dan negosiasi kerja sama dengan calon distributor.
- Membina dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan distributor agar penjualan berjalan berkelanjutan.
- Memastikan ketersediaan produk, distribusi lancar, dan pencapaian target penjualan area.
- Melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi kinerja distributor secara berkala.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal (Sales, Marketing, Produksi, dan Logistik).
- Menyusun dan menyampaikan laporan perkembangan area dan penjualan kepada atasan.
