- Mengunjungi pelanggan sesuai rute kunjungan yang telah ditentukan.
- Menawarkan serta mempresentasikan produk kepada pelanggan.
- Mencatat dan mengambil pesanan(sales order).
- Memastikan ketersediaan stok produk di outlet pelanggan.
- Menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan dan menangani keluhan.
- Melaksanakan program promosi Perusahaan di outlet.
- Memantau harga produk dan aktivitas kompetitor dilapangan.
- Membantu penagihan piutang sesuai kebijakan perusahaan
- Mencapai target penjualan yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan.
