- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK atau sederajat.
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Sales Executive/Sales Representative di bidang: Spare part otomotif, Lubricant/pelumas. Hydraulic oil. Automotive aftermarket, Industrial lubricant menjadi nilai tambah
- Memiliki pengalaman dan jaringan customer seperti toko spare part, bengkel, fleet, workshop, rental alat berat, kontraktor, perusahaan industri, dll.
- Menguasai area Jabodetabek atau Palembang & Sumatera Selatan secara menyeluruh.
- Memahami karakteristik pasar dan mampu melakukan market mapping serta customer acquisition.
- Terbiasa melakukan canvassing, customer visit, follow-up, negosiasi, dan closing.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik.
- Target oriented dan memiliki kemampuan membangun hubungan jangka panjang dengan customer.
- Memiliki kendaraan pribadi dan SIM A/C yang masih berlaku.
- Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas dan kunjungan customer sesuai kebutuhan.
