Menjual ayam hidup hasil produksi LFS secara optimal berdasarkan volume, BW, waktu panen dan kondisi pasar, sekaligus mengembangkan jaringan customer dan memastikan pembayaran berjalan sesuai ketentuan.
🔎 KUALIFIKASI & KEAHLIAN
- Pendidikan Minimal SMA/D3; S1 menjadi nilai tambah
- Minimal 2–4 tahun di sales live bird sangat diutamakan
- Memiliki jaringan trader, broker, pengepul atau RPA
- Bersedia mobile dan hadir saat panen jika diperlukan
- Komunikatif, percaya diri, tangguh
- Bersedia mengikuti proses seleksi tatap muka di Jakarta
Must Have
- Network customer live bird.
- Kemampuan negosiasi kuat.
- Mampu mencari buyer dengan cepat.
- Memahami hubungan BW dengan market demand.
- Bisa membaca harga pasar.
- Memiliki sense of urgency tinggi.
- Disiplin terhadap term pembayaran.
Nice to Have
Customer aktif di Banten/Jabodetabek/Bogor/Lampung.
Pernah menjual >50–100 ton/minggu.
Memiliki jaringan RPA.
Menguasai customer mapping berdasarkan BW.
