KUALIFIKASI :
- Minimal S1 semua jurusan
- Pengalaman ≥ 2 tahun sebagai Sales Manager / Supervisor (handle ≥ 5 sales)
- Nilai tambah : pengalaman bahan bangunan / aluminium / besi
- Leadership baik & mampu mengelola tim
- Target oriented & komunikatif (service mindset)
- Menguasai MS Word & Excel
- Siap dinas luar kota dan Menginap
- Memiliki kendaraan pribadi (SIM C) & bisa mengemudi (SIM A aktif)
JOBDESK :
- Menjalankan strategi penjualan & memastikan target tim tercapai
- Mengembangkan pasar baru (NOO) & memperluas jaringan
- Mengelola, mengarahkan, dan monitoring tim sales
- Bertanggung jawab atas penagihan tim sales
- Coaching & meningkatkan performa tim
- Menyusun strategi serta rencana penjualan
- Melakukan visit ke toko & menjaga relasi pelanggan
- Mengatur rute dan jadwal kunjungan tim
- Membuat laporan penjualan & aktivitas secara berkala
