- Menyusun dan mencapai target sales & revenue club.
- Memimpin, mengarahkan, dan mengevaluasi tim Sales/FC.
- Menyusun strategi acquisition, membership, renewal & upselling.
- Mengontrol leads, follow-up, appointment & closing harian.
- Melakukan coaching & training untuk meningkatkan performa tim.
- Menganalisis sales performance dan membuat laporan berkala.
- Memastikan proses penjualan sesuai SOP perusahaan.
- Mengembangkan strategi untuk meningkatkan member & revenue.
- Berkoordinasi dengan divisi terkait dalam pencapaian target club.
- Menangani kendala dan memastikan pencapaian target tim.
