Job Qualification :
- Pendidikan min. SMA/Sederajat (freshgrads are welcome)
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Sales di bidang usaha properti/mobil/perbankan/asuransi
- Memahami strategi penjualan online dan offline perumahan
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, mampu bekerjasama dalam tim, memiliki inisiatif yang tinggi, serta keinginan untuk belajar
- Penempatan di Jabodetabek (lokasi proyek menyesuaikan domisili)
Job Description :
- Melakukan pencapaian target penjualan proyek min. 1 unit per bulan atau dengan nilai start from 400 jt
- Follow up min. 10 customer per hari
- Mengundang konsumen di setiap pekan
- Aktif dalam kegiatan penjualan offline dan online
- Menjaga komunikasi yang baik dengan konsumen sebelum dan setelah penjualan
