- Bersedia mobile dan menangani beberapa outlet
- Komunikatif dan mampu membangun hubungan baik
- Proaktif, responsif, dan memiliki inisiatif tinggi
- Memiliki kemampuan melakukan penjualan dan mencapai target
- Menguasai teknik display & penataan produk (merchandising)
- Memiliki kemampuan dalam melakukan stok opname dan pencatatan sederhana
- Penguasaan product knowledge dan penyampaiannya kepada customer
- Kemampuan melakukan negosiasi dan closing penjualan
- Mampu menangani beberapa toko secara efektif (multi-store handling)
