KUALIFIKASI:
- Pendidikan Minimal S1 di bidang Marketing, Manajemen, Logistik, dan jurusan lainnya yang relevan;
- Memiliki Pengalaman minimal 2-3 tahun sebagai Sales Supervisor, diutamakan di bidang FMCG dan Industri Oli/Lubricant;
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership, problem solving, komunikasi, dan koordinasi yang baik.
- Mampu memimpin, mengatur, mengarahkan, dan mengawasi tim sales;
- Mampu mengatur pekerjaan, melakukan monitoring, dan memastikan target tercapai;
- Mampu membuat laporan dan membaca laporan operasional;
- Teliti, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan memiliki integritas yang tinggi;
- Memiliki jaringan atau relasi yang bagus di bidang Telekomunikasi;
- Menguasai Microsoft Office, khususnya Microsoft Excel
