- Menyusun dan mengembangkan strategi pemasaran dan penjualan
- Memonitoring dan mengawasi eksekusi dari strategi pemasaran dan penjualan
- Memimpin team sales, serta melakukan evaluasi dan replacement sesuai dengan kebutuhan
- Memonitoring serta memastikan pemberkasan sampai dengan akad kredit konsumen
Kualifikasi :
- Memiliki pengalaman 5 tahun sebagai sales supervisor di bidang property
- Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal yang baik dan matang untuk menghadapi konsumen
- Memiliki skill kepemimpinan yang baik.
- Memiliki jaringan penjualan yang cukup luas
- Mampu membawa tim sales executive sendiri
