- Melakukan survey kebutuhan customer dan pasar, dalam rangka mengidentifikasi keinginan dan kebutuhan dari pelanggan dan menyesuaikan produk dari perusahaan.
- Memberikan informasi dan rekomendasi atas hasil analisis kebutuhan pelanggan.
- Melakukan Kunjungan dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan outlet.
- Melakukan koordinasi dengan pihak/unit terkait dalam rangka pemenuhan kebutuhan pelanggan yang dikelolanya.
- Melayani komplain / keluhan pelanggan dan memberikan solusinya.
