Requirement:
Minimal SMA/SMK, D3/S1 menjadi nilai tambah.
Pengalaman 1–2 tahun di bidang sales, terutama FMCG, food, grocery, distributor, atau bahan makanan.
Fresh graduate diperbolehkan untuk posisi Junior.
Mampu mencari customer baru melalui canvassing, networking, dan kunjungan langsung.
Target customer: hotel, restoran, café, bakery, catering, food manufacturer, distributor, toko/grocery, reseller, dan konsumen retail.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan follow-up yang baik.
Terbiasa bekerja dengan target penjualan dan volume.
Mampu membangun dan menjaga hubungan dengan customer untuk mendapatkan repeat order.
Mampu melakukan mapping area dan database customer.
Bersedia bekerja secara mobile/lapangan dan melakukan kunjungan customer.
Memiliki SIM C/A dan kendaraan pribadi menjadi nilai tambah.
Menguasai Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets untuk pencatatan customer dan penjualan.
Jujur, aktif, disiplin, target-oriented, dan memiliki kemauan untuk berkembang.
