- Fresh graduate / Mahasiswa tingkat akhir jurusan Teknik (Mesin, Elektro, Industri, Sipil, dsb)
- Komunikatif & siap berkembang di dunia Sales Engineering
Materi utama:
- Dasar-dasar Sales & Marketing Teknikal
- Product Knowledge (Hose, Fitting, Injection Pump, dll)
- Strategi Negosiasi & Presentasi Teknis
- Customer Management & After Sales
- Simulasi Proyek & On-Job Training
