- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Sales Trainer/ Learning & Development Specialist/ Sales Supervisor
- Memiliki skill yang baik dalam Leadership, Communication, Negotiation
Jobdesc
- Membuat dan mengembangkan materi training untuk karyawan
- Memonitoring produktivitas Sales dengan program Sales On Field (Tim Training akan mendampingi sales di field selama beberapa waktu untuk memastikan sales siap berjualan)
