- Memiliki Sertifikat Gada Pratama (lebih diutamakan).
- Sehat jasmani dan rohani.
- Tegas, jujur, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bekerja dalam tim.
- Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift.
