Tugas & Pekerjaan
- Mengelola, mengarsip, menyusun dan mendistribusikan dokumen perusahaan (fisik & digital).
- Mengatur jadwal keseharian, baik meeting atau acara
- Menjalin komunikasi & hubungan dengan pihak eksternal
- Berkoordinasi dengan dept. HR dalam mengurus pekerjaan seputar HR
- Membantu Pekerjaan Direksi secara Dinamis
- Menjaga keamanan dokumen dan akses terhadap data sensitif
Kualifikasi:
Kedewasaan dalam Sifat, Sikap & Pola Pikir
Supel dalam Komunikasi
Mempunyai Logic yang Cukup Baik & Teliti
Disiplin & etika kerja tinggi
Memiliki personality plus & cognitive skill yang baik
Minimal D3 / S1 (Fresh Graduate welcome)
Bersedia di tempatkan di Kramat Raya Jakarta Pusat & Pulomas Jakarta Timur
Income :
- Gaji Rp 6.000.000 - Rp 8.000.000 / Bulan
- BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan lengkap.
- Kenaikan Gaji MINIMAL 1x / tahun
