SENIOR ACCOUNTING

About the role

This role involves preparing and managing tax reports (SPT Masa & SPT Tahunan), reconciling tax and financial statements, and preparing documentation for internal and external audits. You will conduct effective audits of business processes in a manufacturing environment, identify potential gaps and loopholes in internal processes, prepare financial reports with regular analysis, and lead and develop your team to achieve strong performance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare SPT Masa & SPT Tahunan reports accurately and in accordance with applicable regulations
• Archive and ensure validity and timeliness of SPT Masa & SPT Tahunan report submissions
• Reconcile tax reports and financial statements
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audit requirements and tax inspections
• Conduct effective audits of business processes in manufacturing operations
• Identify potential gaps and loopholes in internal business processes
• Prepare financial reports and conduct regular analysis
• Lead and develop team members to achieve strong performance

About you

• Minimum S1 degree in Accounting or Taxation
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting using Accurate software
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors preferred
• Understanding of Indonesian tax regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office, E-Faktur, and Accurate software required
• Meticulous, organised, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
