Pengalaman minimal 4 tahun dalam industri F&B (khususnya divisi kitchen)
Jujur, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan memiliki integritas
Sehat secara fisik dan siap bekerja dengan sistem shift
Siap bekerja dalam tekanan/physically & mentally fit
Quality control dan administrasi skill
Menguasai food preparation, mise en place, dan cooking process
Memahami food safety & hygiene, termasuk prinsip HACCP
Mampu melakukan quality control, stock control, dan pencatatan kitchen
Mampu bekerja secara cepat, rapi, dan konsisten dalam kondisi operasional yang dinamis
