What they need
- Menangani dan menyelesaikan keluhan atau pertanyaan customer secara profesional.
- Mengelola dan memonitor data customer melalui sistem CRM.
- Menganalisis kebutuhan dan feedback customer untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim terkait untuk penyelesaian masalah customer.
- Membuat laporan pelayanan dan performa customer service.
- Membantu mengarahkan dan membimbing tim CS jika diperlukan.
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan Min. D3/S1 Semua Jurusan
- Memiliki komunikasi yang baik, sabar, dan solutif
- Terbiasa menangani komplain dan kasus pelanggan
- Mampu memimpin tim kecil dan bekerja di bawah tekanan
- Memahami dan terbiasa menggunakan sistem CRM.
