About the role
A Structural Engineer position involving structural calculations at basic to intermediate levels, technical review and quality control, knowledge transfer and team development, and cross-functional collaboration across design and production teams.
Key responsibilities
- Melakukan perhitungan struktur level basic hingga intermediate secara mandiri
- Mengidentifikasi dan meminta review ketika menemukan kondisi yang tidak biasa atau berisiko tinggi
- Melakukan review perhitungan Junior Structural Engineer
- Memastikan konsistensi antara perhitungan, BoQ, dan gambar kerja
- Mendukung proses technical approval bersama Principal Structural Engineer
- Menjadi mentor teknis bagi Junior Structural Engineer
- Terlibat aktif dalam sesi shadowing, review, dan diskusi teknis
- Berkoordinasi dengan Technical Designer, Estimator, Produksi, dan Project
- Mendukung kelancaran handoff dari desain ke produksi
