Job qualifications:
- Pendidikan minimal SMK/Diploma/Sarjana dari jurusan Teknik/Komunikasi, lebih diutamakan memiliki kemampuan dasar teknik
- Pengalaman Minimal 2 tahun di posisi Service Advisor (SA) Bengkel atau sebagai Surveyor Asuransi
- Memiliki antusias dan pengetahuan terhadap dunia otomotif body repair
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
- Dapat bekerja secara tim maupun individu
- Bersedia penempatan di Medan
Job descriptions:
- Melakukan pengecekan awal kendaraan
- Melakukan estimasi biaya perbaikan kendaraan
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap kontrol pekerjaan perbaikan kendaraan, serta pemeriksaan akhir guna memastikan kendaraan dapat berfungsi baik kembali
- Melayani pelanggan terkait permintaan perbaikan unit mobil melalui aktivitas menganalisa keluhan pelanggan
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap penyerahan kendaraan kepada pelanggan.
