- Mengendalikan operasional bengkel dan sebagai business leader After Sales Service
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap tercapainya target revenue, profitability, dan produktivitas pelayanan (SLA)
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap tercapainya target penjualan spare parts dan berorientasi pada kepuasan pelanggan (CSI) di 8 area bengkel
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan minimal S1/D3 diutamakan Teknik Mesin, Teknik Otomotif, Manajemen atau bidang yang relevan
- Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang After Sales Service, mengelola multi-outlet
- Memiliki kompetensi teknis manajemen bengkel, spare parts inventory, service dan spare parts revenue, workshop profitability dan kepuasan pelanggan
- Memiliki kompetensi manajerial leaderhsip, team building, strategic dan analytical thinking, communicatiom dan negotiation.
