Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:
- Menyambut tamu dengan ramah dan sopan
- Mengantar tamu ke meja dan memberikan menu
- Menjelaskan menu dan memberikan rekomendasi makanan/minuman
- Mencatat dan menyampaikan pesanan ke dapur/bar dengan benar
- Menyajikan makanan dan minuman sesuai standar
- Memastikan kebutuhan tamu terpenuhi selama makan
- Menangani keluhan tamu dengan baik dan profesional
- Menjaga kebersihan meja, area makan, dan peralatan
- Membantu proses pembayaran jika diperlukan
- Mematuhi SOP dan standar pelayanan restoran
