What they need
- Menawarkan dan menjual produk ke toko/warung/outlet
- Mencapai target penjualan harian/mingguan/bulanan
- Melakukan kunjungan rutin sesuai rute yang ditentukan
- Memastikan ketersediaan stok di outlet
- Menata display produk agar menarik dan sesuai standar perusahaan
- Mengontrol harga jual sesuai kebijakan
- Membuat laporan penjualan harian
- Melaporkan stok dan aktivitas kompetitor
- Mengelola setoran hasil penjualan
- Menjaga hubungan baik dengan pemilik toko
- Mencari outlet baru (new open outlet)
- Menangani komplain ringan dari pelanggan
Job Requirements
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK
- Memiliki SIM C aktif
- Siap kerja lapangan dan target oriented
- Komunikatif & disiplin
