Sehat jasmani, disiplin, jujur, dan bertanggung jawab.
Menguasai rute perjalanan dan memahami dasar K3.
Bersedia bekerja lembur dan melakukan perjalanan ke area proyek.
Mampu merawat dan melakukan pengecekan dasar kendaraan.
