- Membantu Chef de Cuisine/Executive Chef dalam mengelola operasional dapur sehari-hari.
- Mengawasi dan mengarahkan tim kitchen agar bekerja sesuai SOP.
- Memastikan kualitas, rasa, presentasi, kebersihan, dan keamanan makanan sesuai standar.
- Mengontrol persediaan bahan makanan dan membantu proses ordering.
- Mengatur pembagian tugas, jadwal kerja, dan koordinasi antar-stasiun kitchen.
- Membantu training dan pengembangan kemampuan staf kitchen.
- Menggantikan Chef saat berhalangan dan memastikan operasional dapur tetap berjalan lancar.
