Heal is a new cafe and bar concept opening soon in Uluwatu. By day, Heal offers a vibrant cafe experience and a relaxed tropical vibe. By night, we transform into Unheal, a lively bar featuring signature cocktails, DJs, and premium events.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, suggest new menu items, lead and coordinate kitchen teams, uphold high standards of food quality and hygiene, and play a key role in establishing Heal as one of Uluwatu’s standout new dining destinations.
