Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan minimal SMA / MA / SMK Sederajat
- Pengalaman min. 6 tahun di industri FnB dan 3 tahun diposisi yang sama
- Mampu mengembangkan resep dan menciptakan menu ala kopitiam
- Mampu mengatur persedian bahan
- Mampu mengelola budget, food cost, dan food waste
- Menguasai standar kebersihan dan keamanan pangan
- Mampu memimpin dan mengelola tim
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi & kerjasama tim yang baik
- Kreatif, inovatif, dan detail oriented
- Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem kerja shift, bekerja pada akhir pekan/weekend, dan hari libur nasional
