- Menyiapkan bahan baku secara efisien dan konsisten sesuai standar resep perusahaan
- Membuat produk pastry berkualitas tinggi dengan cita rasa konsisten sesuai standar brand
- Menerapkan teknik dekorasi yang estetis untuk menarik perhatian pelanggan
- Menjaga kualitas produk di seluruh lini produksi
- Melatih dan membina staf dapur junior untuk meningkatkan keterampilan tim
- Berkolaborasi dengan manajemen menciptakan inovasi menu sesuai selera pasar
- Bekerja teliti dan mampu bekerja sama dalam tim untuk kepuasan pelanggan
About you
- Minimal S1 (Strata 1) di bidang Tata Boga/Kuliner/Patiseri atau setara
- 5 sampai 10 tahun pengalaman di bidang pastry/bakery
- Cepat beradaptasi dengan tren pastry terkini
- Mumpuni di dapur pastry
- Keahlian dekorasi yang baik dan estetis
