What they need
- Pendidikan: Minimal Sarjana (S1) Jurusan Akuntansi, Keuangan, atau Manajemen.
- Pengalaman: pengalaman kerja 5 tahun di bidang akuntansi atau posisi terkait.
- Keahlian Teknis (Hard Skills): Menguasai full set accounting. Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel tingkat lanjut dan software ERP/akuntansi.
- Memiliki sertifikasi seperti Brevet Pajak A & B atau CPA/CMA menjadi nilai tambah.
- Keahlian Non-Teknis (Soft Skills): Kemampuan kepemimpinan (leadership), analitis, teliti, serta komunikasi yang baik
